Data Migration
Clients who select this option do not generally own the software they are using and are having trouble getting information from one application to another. They do not require any sort of customer facing portal.
The Apimix.io team will reach out to learn more about the software being used, possible out of the box solutions that may have been overlooked and the feasibility of creating a solution that meets their needs.
Data Integration
This option is for clients who own software and are looking to either create a value add by integrating to another solution or are needing help understanding their API. They may or may not have an in-house IT team.
Apimix.io will schedule an appointment to discuss the API currently in place, the end-points desired and work to build a roadmap for how to accomplish those goals.
Full Integration
Most clients who reach out for this service are large companies looking to have an integration portal hosted by apimix.io. They may have multiple end-points they want to integrate with and generally have their own in-house IT team.
Our Apimix.io team will reach out to talk about goals, API, end-points and to start the process of putting a comprehensive strategy in place.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take?
Data integration really depends on how quickly the teams at either company respond. We strive to review all of the technical documentation in one week of starting the project review, but we can only move as fast as the companies providing us information do.
Do I have an API?
Many companies we have worked with have had their software developed overseas and don’t have the best documentation on their API. Some are surprised to find that they have an API! We will work hard to try and determine if your software is setup to integrate and work with you to try and get things working as smoothly as possible. If you are using someone else’s software solution it’s very likely they have an API.
How do I get started?
Contact us so that we can schedule some time to chat about the problems you are having and possible solutions. Don’t worry, we won’t try to upsell you. You may be surprised, we might even point you to a pre-built solution elsewhere that will meet your needs at a reduced cost.
Can I do this myself?
Some small businesses do have success using website resources like Celigo and Zapier to create integrations. If we feel that you would be best serve there we will certainly tell you! Sadly, these companies cater to the do-it-yourself crowd and do not offer support to other companies that may be using your integration.
How much will it cost?
We really can’t give costs until we have an entire understanding of all the software that needs to connect, how much data needs to be sent and the frequency. We strive to deliver the best solution at the best pricing.
